How It Works

1. Purchase the setup service

Start by selecting your favorite template and this full-service setup. Checkout confirms your spot.

2. Get your onboarding materials

Right after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need:

– A form to upload your brand assets
– A PDF with your template link and a content collection doc (with word limits)

3. Submit your content

Once your content and brand files are in, you’ll schedule a 30-minute kickoff call to align before we dive in.

4. We handle the design

We’ll apply your branding, style the layout, and format your content for clarity, flow, and visual impact.

5. Review + refine

You get one round of revisions to tweak and finalize your report.

6. Ready to share

You’ll receive the final Canva file plus export-ready PDFs and image files—polished, professional, and totally yours.

We begin your project once your content is submitted, and we ask that all content be submitted within 1 week of purchasing the service.

This helps us reserve your spot and keep your turnaround on track.

Questions about our Template Set-up service?
We got answers.

  • Before purchasing, you should have a draft of your images and content ready or be confident you can write it within 7 days.

  • All content must be submitted within 1 week of purchasing this service. Your 1-week turnaround begins after our kick-off call.

    If we don’t receive it in time, your project will be rescheduled based on our next availability.

  • Once you submit your content and assets, you’ll receive a link to schedule your 30-minute kickoff call.

    After that, we get to work. You’ll receive a draft to review, followed by a polished Canva file and PDF export, within 7 days of that call.

  • Yes! You can note specific images or copy preferences directly in the content doc within your Annual Report Template Kit. As long as your content fits the layout guidelines, we’ll apply it across your chosen template and any included kits (like social graphics or promo slides).

  • This service is based on working within the existing structure of the template. Content must fit the pre-set sections to preserve design quality.

  • Yes! You’ll receive 1 round of edits after the first draft is delivered.
