How It Works

1. Purchase the service

Choose this service and select the template kit you’d like—it's included in the price.

2. Receive onboarding

You’ll get a confirmation email with a content collection Google Doc (word/character limits included), a brand asset upload link, and a form to submit everything.

3. Submit your content

Once we have your content and brand assets, you’ll book a 30-minute kickoff call.

4. We design it for you

We’ll restyle your selected template, apply your branding, and format your content for maximum clarity and impact.

5. Review + refine

You get one round of revisions to make sure everything feels just right.

6. Launch with confidence

You receive your final Canva file + print/web-ready PDFs/Image files—all polished, all yours.

We begin your project once your content is submitted, and we ask that all content be submitted within 1 week of booking.

This helps us reserve your spot and keep your turnaround on track.
The faster you submit, the sooner we can deliver your polished, ready-to-share materials.

 
 

Questions about our Template Set-up service?
We got answers.

  • Before purchasing, you should have a draft of your content ready or be confident you can write it within a few days.

    You’ll receive a Google Doc with word/character count limits for each section, plus a form to upload your brand guidelines, logos, and any images you’d like us to use.

  • All content must be submitted within 1 week of purchase. Your 1-week turnaround begins once we receive your completed form and content.

    If we don’t receive it in time, your project will be rescheduled based on our next availability.

  • Once you submit your content and assets, you’ll receive a link to schedule your 30-minute kickoff call. After that, we get to work. You’ll receive a polished Canva file + PDF export within 2 weeks of that call.

  • Yes! You can note specific images or copy preferences directly in the Google Doc. As long as your content fits the layout guidelines, we’ll apply it across your chosen template and any included kits (like social graphics or promo slides).

  • This service is based on working within the existing structure of the template. Content must fit the pre-set sections to preserve design quality.

  • Yes! You’ll receive 1 round of edits after the first draft is delivered. We’ll share the file via Canva so you can leave comments directly. You’ll also receive editable access if you’d like to make future tweaks yourself.
